We deliver products using Couriers Please within Australia.
Orders are dispatched within 2 – 3 business days of receiving the order confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
Here at OneFootIsland we want you to love your product
If you are not completely happy with your item, firstly please email us on sales@onefootisland.com.au to notify us of your change of mind. Then return you item in unused condition and we will refund the purchase price paid or exchange it for another product of the same value. OneFootIsland does not refund postage expenses for Returns. Valid within 14 days of your original purchase date.
To return a faulty item, please email us on sales@onefootisland.com.au to obtain an RA (Return Authority) number and communicate with us the nature of the fault. An item is considered faulty if it is received damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within 45 days of purchase. Products damaged as a result of reasonable wear and tear are not considered faulty (determined at our discretion). Rips, burns, tears, and damages due to accidents, wear and tear, improper care, misuse or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over time, are not covered by this warranty. Refunds (item and postage incurred) will be issued after inspection. Please allow 10-14 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Claims for missing item or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 days of receipt of product.
